Parking Lot Striping Service
Parking lot striping helps to properly map out a parking lot and make navigation clear. It also adds the right finishing touch to the space.
On our asphalt, concrete, and seal coating projects, the last touch that makes your parking lot beautiful is freshly painted lines and markings. We perform re-striping projects of existing parking lots and new striping projects and layouts based on your needs.
Our striping work includes, but is not limited to parking space lines, ADA markings, No Parking zones, fire lanes, curb painting, warehouse striping, lettered or numbered stencils, speed bumps, car stops, bollards, and a variety of signage.
What is Parking Lot Striping?
Parking lot striping is the process of painting lines on pavement whether it is parking lot, road or other kinds of surfaces. While this could be done by hand it is so much more efficient and accurate when done by a parking lot striping machine. With laser guides, reflective bead dispensers, and spray shield, there is a parking lot striping machine for every need.
The paint used in striping parking lots matters too. There are many different types to choose from from oil/solvent-based paint, water-based paint to thermoplastic paint and canned aerosol line striping paint. Some paints are better quality than others. For example, water-based paint is more economical but not as durable as some of the other choices.

Why Is Striping Parking Lot Important?
Having clearly marked roads and parking lots are important for three main reasons: eliminating confusion, increasing efficiency, and ensuring you are up to date on your regulations. With clear signs and lines, the parking lot will be so much easier to understand which means less time spent coming and going from your parking lot. Clear signage can also help prevent accidents.
Lastly, it will ensure that your business is up to date with all parking lot regulations. There are strict rules and guidelines that business owners must follow such as being ADA compliant and handicap accessible.
